Jean-Jacques Andre aka Jackson, was born in
Chambery (Savoy), moved to Val D’Isère / Tignes at
the age of 19 and has worked to become one of its top
instructors, mountain guides and 3rd degree ski patrol
and rescue. Father to three sons all of whom are
musicians, he has lived in Tignes since 1976.
Jakadventure is a partnership of passion
and adventure based on over 30 years
of experience.
Unique adventures ‘à la carte’ for groups
of family or friends. Free-ride, steep
slopes and Randonnées (hikes).
The instruction is provided by fully
trained professionals.

Siberia : the first crossing in Winter from the Ural
Mountains to the Bering Straight (8000m) in 1993.
Mongolia : 2nd place at the Camel Trophy Race
across Mongolia in 1997.
Bolivia : Huana Potosi climb (6085m),
Alaska : Mount McKinley by Ski (6194m) in 2006,
Tibet : Shishapangma by Ski (8012m) in 2007,
Mongolian Altai : Mount Kuiten by ski (4400m) in 2005,
